AFSA International President Ledoux has requested AFSA Manual 100-4 (2) "Field Operating Procedures" be distributed to AFSA and AUXILIARY Executive Council members via the PDS.
AFSA Headquarters will post the AFSA Manual 100-4 (2) "Awards and Recognition Programs Manual" on the AFSA website in the very near future.
Technical difficulties beyond our immediate control prevented us from posting the manual on the AFSA website on Tuesday, November 30, as originally stated in pervious messages.
Again, we plan to have the manual posted on the AFSA website soonest; in the interim, please pass the attached AFSA Manual 100-4 (2) to your AFSA Chapters.
The AFSA Manual 100-4 (2) has been approved by the Int'l Exec Council. This manual is effective immediately, so it's imperative that you review the manual before submitting nominations for awards.
