Reminder that the AFSA By Laws and Polices and Procedures approved at the August PAC were updated and posted on the AFSA web and they are effective TODAY (October 1, 2010). These new governance will reveal that you are to end ALL reporting on December 31, 2010 because AFSA has changed its fiscal year to be Jan 1 - 31 Dec, annually. Hence, the final quarter of your chapter/division reports for 2010 should contain Nov and Dec data only. In order to qualify for administrative rebates and support payments, the Financial and Americanism Report must be received in FIELD REPORTS NLT 30 January 2011. Please refer to page 60 of the new AFSAM 100-2 for a chart with all due dates.
